Booking Conditions:
Each Villa booked requires a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation, or one nights accommodation, whichever is the greater.

Peak Season periods require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation, or one nights accommodation, whichever is the greater. (25% payable upon booking, and a further 25% is payable by the 30th September.)
Extra persons will incur a charge.
Balance or Full payment required on arrival

Cancellation Policy:
If a booking is cancelled prior to arrival:
Non Refundable deposit amounts paid as per booking policy apply.

If a booking is cancelled midway through a stay:
Non Refundable deposit amounts paid as per booking policy apply.
Credit note provided to the value of the remainder of amounts paid.
Alterations to this at Managements discretion.
